A Special Thanks to the following: Membership: **$62 1st person, $37 additional child, $52 additional adult Beginning Feb 1, 2010, we will begin posting “insufficient funds” checks on the wall at every barrel race as well as including them in the newsletter. So those of you who have hot checks out there, please get them taken care of immediately. Anyone writing a “hot check” will be placed on a cash only basis. Also, they will not be allowed to enter a future event until the “hot check” is handled. Secondly, non-members will be excluded from writing checks and must pay in cash unless pre-approved by the District Director. We are a small organization and cannot afford all of our profit at each race to be held up by hot checks. Please be sure you have the funds to cover your check before you write it. Finally, we will turn over all “insufficient checks” to the court after making 2 attempts to contact the person.
